Town Hall Meeting – Thursday March 18, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.

Dear Owners,
Your board of directors will be hosting a special meeting, this meeting will be held virtually online on Thursday March 18, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
The primary purpose of this meeting will be to appoint an auditor and vote on By Law 10 (Repeal of Bylaws 2, 4, 8 & 9).
This is the Corporation’s first virtual meeting, we are offering this safe alternative to meet, and conduct Corporation business with the owners.
An email link will be sent to all of the owners in order to provide them access to register and attend the meeting.
Additionally, at this special meeting, your board of directors will be providing an update on projects that have been implemented and future projects that may be implemented.
There will also be an opportunity for owners to raise questions or concerns about their community.
You will receive a copy of the notice of meeting in the coming days.
