Elevators can be reserved for dedicated use (sometimes referred to as “independent service” mode). It is typically reserved when residents need to move large items such as furniture (especially when residents are moving in or moving out).
When the elevator has been reserved, its display will alternate between the letters “IN” and the floor number it’s currently parked on. It will not respond to the hallway call button and will remain parked with its doors open and can only be operated using the buttons inside the cabin of the elevator. Large, thick protective cloths may also be hung on the interior elevator walls to help protect the walls of the elevator from damage.
Posted below are the elevator booking times & rules as indicated on the window of the management office:

Monday to Saturday
9am to 11:30am
11:30am to 2pm
2pm to 4:30pm
7pm to 10pm
No elevators will be on service on Sundays
or between the time of
5pm to 7pm daily
except for Saturdays
There are no exceptions to these rules.
