IN-SUITE KITCHEN STACK CLEANING
Commencing June 28, 2016, from 9:00am to 6:00pm, technicians from YYZ Plumbing Services Inc, will be entering suites to perform the yearly kitchen stack cleaning. The kitchen stack is the communal waste water pipe that each individual suite’s kitchen sink drains out to. Security will accompany the Plumber on each visit.
This work will take approximately eight days. The list below is the maintenance schedule for all affected units.

IMPORTANT
Please remove all items from the cabinets under your kitchen sink so that the plumbers can access to the pipe clean-out panel.
Please ensure that all secondary locks are removed to allow for access.
Entry to suites is made pursuant to Section 19 of the Condominium Act right of entry. If you have changed the lock to your suite, you are asked to please contact the Management Office 905-949-2235 immediately.
