IMPORTANT NOTICE
TO ALL RESIDENTS OF PCC 420
RE: MANDATORY PEST CONTROL
Please note that we are conducting a full building clean-out and all residents must co-operate and allow the pest control technician access to your unit on your scheduled day.
We will not be able to determine a time as to when they will be in your unit. They are scheduled to be on site from 9:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m.
Apex Pest Control will be the technician to treat the units and a G4S Security Guard will be on site to assist the technician while inside the unit.

You are to prepare the unit for the technician and here is what they are requesting;
– All kitchen cupboards and all bathroom cupboards must be emptied of all contents
This preparation is very important and must be done. If you are not prepared and the technician is not able to conduct their treatment, you will incur a charge-back of $300.00 for inconvenience.
This treatment is important and it must be done to clean our building of all our unwanted pests.
