RE: WINDOW CONDENSATION

Dear Residents,

It has been brought to Management’s attention that some unit are experiencing severe condensation build up on their windows. In order to avoid condensation build up on your windows, the residents should practice the following:

Use dehumidifiers in the Living Rooms and Bedrooms Area.

Always turn on the exhaust fan when using the stove or oven.

Open Window Coverings.

Keep the temperature in your unit at approximately 72 F (22 C)

Please be aware severe condensation will result in leaky windows that can damage your drywall. Drywall damage is the owner’s responsibility.
