Brown water from faucets

Brown coloured water was observed to be coming out of the faucets for a few minutes on the morning of Sep 3rd, 2015 at around 10:30am (see water in bowl on the left; pictured below).  After a few minutes of continuously running the water, it seemed to have returned to normal colour (see water in bowl on the right; pictured below).  The issue has been brought to the attention of building management on Sep 3rd, 2015.
